Shipping and policy
Delivery options:
All deliveries are automatically calculated and sent with standard posting, this means untracked and uninsured.
There is an option to have your postage tracked but please be aware that this is more expensive. However does come with benefits.
If orders are made with untracked delivery, please be aware that should parcels get lost or stolen in transit, we are unable to be responsible for a refund or replacement.
Customs/import tax:
The customer is responsible for paying any import costs or any local charges by any country. Please be aware of any import laws and regulations of your country.
Delivery times:
Expected delivery times may vary depending on delays caused by festive seasons, unexpected events, customs delays, which are all out of my control.
Based on my courier expected delivery aimed times are:
UK: 2 - 3 working days
EU: 3 - 5 working days
International: 6 - 7 working days
Please allow at least two weeks before reporting missing goods, in most cases couriers are just delayed.
**Remember if item has not been tracked then replacements or refunds are not possible - it is highly recommended to select the tracked option if you are worried about this**
Processing times: please be aware that these delivery times do not include processing times. I do my best to process my orders in 1-5 working days so please be aware of this when placing an order.
I do my best to process my order ASAP but it can vary depending on busy periods.
Policy
Privacy policy: Any information collected on this site is for the sole purpose of delivering your orders or sending you updates and will not be used by the owner of this site for any other purpose.
Credit card information is encrypted during bank transfers and we receive no more than the last 4 digits of your card number.
Be aware this policy may be updated from time to time where needed.
Information on products: Please note we try to be as accurate as possible with our descriptions on the materials and processes used.
Our photos try to be as accurate as possible in depicting the correct colours and textures, but please be aware these may differ in real life due to factors out of our control such as lighting and colourations of screens. For discrepancies such as these we would not be able to give a refund based on damage etc, however, if a refund is needed you may follow the normal procedure as outlined in our refund policy.
Where possible we try to use as many biodegradable and recyclable packaging as possible, in some cases this is not possible due to the nature of the product and being able to safely transport this to you in the best condition possible.
