Refund and cancellations

Refunds:

Consumer law states that when buying online a refund request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the items.

If a refund is required please contact us on info@bunbeestudio.com within 14 days of receipt.

Please include your order number and items you wish to return. If item is damaged or not up to standard please state whether you would like a refund or a replacement item as well as including an image of the damaged item.

If item is damaged in transit please take an image of the box the item came in, in order for me to claim for the courier.

Once the email has been received we will send you details on how and where to send your return.

**Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of returns, the item must be in a re sellable condition, excluding items that arrive damaged.**

Once details have been sent please note you have 14 days to send the item, so make sure you have proof of postage just in case anything goes wrong in the post.

When we have received the item we will check it and then issue your refund within 14 days.

 

Cancellations:

If you have put an order in and had a change of heart please email info@bunbeestudio.com AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Including your name and order number and we will be able to cancel and refund the order.

Order cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been processed. After this it is out of my hands and if the product is no longer wanted it will need to be returned via to guidelines set above.
